amazon challenged us to Create concepts for dynamic, educational and customer first instagram ads that would showcase the breadth and depth of the Sport category found on DE and UK sites. Utilising authentic product reviews and visual trends, i set out to create everlasting, engaging content, whilst building brand awareness and new customer acquisition. an integral part of each narrative came from Keeping the ‘customer first’ brand value at the core of each concept.

Concept 1 focussed on the wide range of products available on both Amazon UK and DE sites, creating a large top-down flat-lay that played with bold colour, pattern and scale. we wanted to break the fourth wall by Introducing actors, amplifying the perspective, and showcased the products in motion.

Concept 2 focussed on the point of view of the wide range of sports that can be practiced, given the diverse range of equipment available on Amazon UK and DE. You see a number everyday people practicing activities, with the hero product in each scene picked out by a custom ‘Amazon Tag’, emulating the Instagram ‘like’ tag, bringing the digital world into the physical.
